Do they also do it on lower ticket goods like home non perishable stuff? I would guess wherever they see an edge

What happens after this bankruptcy - you just dissolve the LLC and liquidate its assets right? You are not personally on the hook and affected?

Reason I am asking is because I have gone into a partnership recently for a wholesale store where we will sell small retail goods via FBA (starting from scratch, getting supplier credit lines), only putting in about 25k credit line of funding to start, and it's an LLC, and partner covers some other setup fees, and LLC is under my name.

Trying to better understand my risks as I am new to this business model and don't want to be screwed.
